Change in Business Operations at NIBTT from Wednesday 1st September 2021.

The National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (NIBTT) wishes to advise the public that full walk-in services will resume at all Service Centres from Wednesday 1st September 2021 from 8:00 am to 3:00 p.m. (Arima Collection Centre will open to the public from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm).

The Public is advised that ALL NIBTT LOCATIONS will open fro Tuesday 3rd August 2021 at 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Re-opening of the Tunapuna and Princes Town Service Centres from Monday 12th July, 2021

The National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (NIBTT) prioritizes the safety of our staff and customers. The public is advised that both the Tunapuna and Princes Town Service Centres will re-open for business from Monday 12th July, 2021.

The National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (NIBTT), wishes to inform the public that the Arima Service Centre is temporarily closed today, Friday 11th June, 2021.

Customers are advised to visit the Tunapuna Service Centre, today, for immediate service from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
